First… let me introduce myself:
My name is Antoninus Theodor Livius Herlea, I am an entrepreneur, and as an Certified Thinking Facilitator, partner with Bob Proctor and Life Time Member at CEO Space International I dedicate my time and passion to working with other entrepreneurs, individuals, groups and companies with strategies and and programs that help them grow and succeed in all areas of their life.
I am very passionate about the idea of personal and professional growth because I know how these ideas have helped me throughout my life.
My name “Herlea” comes back from the root (herr = gentleman) and (lehrer = teacher) and it`s traced back to one of my great grandfathers Nicolas Herlea which was, back in the days, a symbol of wisdom and a great adviser in his community.
I was born near the seaside in Romania, my father passed away when I was only 5 and being raised by a single mom never provided many material resources for my growth. Having this in mind and also having a big desire to do something great with my life I always knew that if “it is to be, it`s up to me”.
I wanted to travel the world and I saw a big opportunity in the field of maritime navigation. I didn`t know how but I decided that one day I will sail all over the world and see the beauty and diversity of our planet.
To make a long story short… even if I started from humble beginnings, with clear goals and persistence I managed to became a captain of international ships and worked with companies from various countries.
I love the idea of ships and navigation on the sea because the same principles apply in our life as well.
We can have clear goals, a clear route and a prepared crew on board and when we do that and also add our born potential and unique talents we have a 99.99% chance of reaching our destination.
On the other hand.. from time to time you see abandoned boats just drifting aimlessly on the sea going nowhere and having no real purpose… that is how many people live today and that is how most of us are brought up… We never learn about the things that truly matter: our minds, our potential, our dreams, our talents, our goals… and because we never learn about them… we never use them.
Starting from humble beginning and seeing how I can achieve the goals I desired and because I was introduced to great thought leaders in personal development such as Bob Proctor, Bernie Dorhmann and many other from PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY I decided to learn from them, team up with them and help other people reach success by applying these principles.
Today I`m a Certified Thinking into Results Facilitator and partner with the famous thought leader Bob Proctor and also Life Time Member at CEO Space International
